In PCOS, ovaries produce too many androgens, causing ovarian cysts and menstrual issues. This hormonal imbalance triggers various PCOS symptoms.
In PCOS, excessive androgens lead to multiple eggs accumulating in the ovaries, affecting endocrine function and pregnancy.
PCOS increases risks of infertility, various health issues like obesity, diabetes, heart disease, anxiety and depression.


Solution 1
The software assesses the woman’s mental state, sleep quality, and dietary habits to provide the most appropriate solution.
Solution 2
I created a picture book that uses illustrations to succinctly explain PCOS causes and treatment options. The final page features three tarot-like cards, allowing users to periodically assess their mental, dietary, and sleep health.
After following my 60-day health plan, 4 user at varying treatment stages exhibited significant improvements in their hormone levels.
The 4 participants in the experiment showed varied degrees of improvement, with nearly all experiencing reduced symptoms of acne, weight gain, and hair loss.
